This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it — including for tracking AI usage and subscription limits — and your rights regarding your personal data.

• Personal Information: name, email address, login credentials.
• Payment Information: processed securely by authorized payment providers (such as PayPro Global, Apple App Store, or Google Play). We do not store full card details.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser, language settings, cookies.
• User Content: notes, homework, new words in the dictionary, cheat sheets, achievements, attendance.
• Usage Metrics: number of text and voice interactions, task completions, AI practice usage. These metrics are collected to apply subscription limits and improve the service. We do not permanently store the full textual or raw audio content of your AI conversations. Conversation data is processed in real-time to generate AI responses. We do not retain full conversation content after processing, unless explicitly saved by the user (e.g., notes, cheatsheets or vocabulary entries).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the service.
• To process payments and subscriptions.
• To improve the platform through analytics (PostHog).
• To communicate with you regarding updates or support.

4. Sharing Your Data

We may share your information with:

• PayPro Global — for payment processing.
• PostHog — for analytics and service improvement.
• OpenAI — as a data processor for AI-powered language interaction. Conversation data may be transmitted securely for processing in order to generate AI responses.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Microphone Access (Mobile Application)

Our mobile application may request access to your device microphone to enable real-time voice conversations with the AI tutor. Audio data is processed in real-time to generate AI responses. We do not permanently store raw audio recordings on our servers. Audio data may be securely transmitted to OpenAI for processing as part of providing AI-powered language interaction. Microphone access is requested only when initiating voice interaction features. You may deny microphone access, but voice functionality will not be available.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enable authentication, maintain session security, save user preferences, and gather usage analytics. In the mobile application, similar technologies may be used within the app environment.

7. Data Security

Your data is stored on secure servers and transmitted via HTTPS encryption. We take measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
